Private Bungalows

Our five bungalows are nestled in a lovely tropical garden setting just across the street from the sandy beaches of La Playa Troncones. Each bungalow features a private balcony, a fully enclosed single bedroom with comfy beds, air-conditioning, a private en suite bathroom and your own kitchenette with refrigerator, perfect for those who are planning a long stay and want to cook for themselves.

Our four spacious Mugo bungalows face the tropical courtyard. Two bungalows are ground level and two are on the second floor, accessible by an outdoor staircase. We also have Piñon, ­a sweet single story bungalow tucked privately away behind the Mugos.

Our facilities include gated parking, an outdoor shower, wifi, and we are proud to announce the addition of a brand new salt water swimming pool!

Rates
Bungalow Rates:
Our rates vary depending on the season and the length of your stay. Rental rates for all bungalows are the same. Rates are in US dollars.

     High Season is November 1st to April 30th
         $450/week 
         $1,200/month
     *One week minimum stay.

     Low Season is May 1st to October 31st
         $50/night
         $300/week
     *Three night minimum stay.

Longer term discounts are available! Please contact us for rates and availability.
Las Rocas Policies:
Maximum capacity is two people per bungalow.
No pets are allowed inside the bungalows.

This is a smoke free environment. Please no smoking anywhere on the premises.

Deposit:    We ask for a 50% deposit to reserve a bungalow with the remaining balance due at or before arrival.
 
Cancellations:    Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of your arrival date will receive a 50% refund of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days from your arrival date will not receive a refund. 
 
If you need to change your reservation dates, we will try our best to accommodate you based on bungalow availability.
